What we do.
TurboShade Solution is an Indian engineering company based in Kozhikode, Kerala. We build and repair hydraulic equipment, supply our own TS brand, and run RaapidFix, our maintenance platform for heavy equipment.

RaapidFix is our preventive maintenance app for heavy equipment. It works on the phone at the machine, in English and Arabic. When your own truck is busy, it finds an approved service truck near the site.

Questions buyers ask.
Do you build hydraulic power units?
We design and build them at our own factory. The flagship diesel model is the EDHPU220HP, with a 220 HP Deutz BF6M 1013 FC engine and a Kawasaki pump.
How fast can you repair a hydraulic cylinder?
Standard seal and rod repairs take 2 to 3 working days from when the cylinder reaches our workshop. Complex overhauls get a confirmed delivery date before work begins.
Do you come to site?
Yes. Our engineers attend sites for troubleshooting and diagnostics, and support planned shutdowns at oil, gas and industrial facilities.
What does the TS brand cover?
TS is our own range of hydraulic quick couplings, jacks, cylinders, hand pumps and tools. Every part number is listed on our couplings and jacks pages.
